Jarvis: AI Operations Assistant for Kosalo
A team of AI agents, controlled from a single Slack conversation, that plans, writes, publishes and reports on Kosalo's social media. Nothing goes out without the owner's approval.
The problem
As a solo founder running Kosalo, I got busy and sometimes forgot to write or publish posts for our social media pages. Content went out unevenly, and there was no regular look at what was actually working. I needed the marketing routine to keep running even on days when I was buried in everything else.
What I built
Jarvis is a Slack assistant that coordinates specialist AI agents for content, publishing, reporting and memory. Each day the content agent drafts a post with an image and caption, grounded in Kosalo's own help center and website. I approve it, ask for changes, or reject it with one tap. Approved posts are then published to Facebook and Instagram automatically, with a confirmation or a clear failure alert back in Slack. Every consequential step waits for a human yes.

Daily content, approved by a human
The content agent writes a caption and generates an image for that day's planned slot, using Kosalo's own documentation so the facts are right. I can approve it, request changes, or reject it before anything goes public.
Automatic publishing
Approved posts go out on time to both Facebook and Instagram. Each one is confirmed in Slack with the post time and a caption preview, and any failure is reported immediately.
Performance reports that recommend
Every week, and every month, the reporting agent pulls real engagement numbers, explains what worked and what did not, and suggests specific next steps instead of just listing figures.
Content cycle planning
Five days before a content cycle ends, Jarvis starts the conversation about the next one. We agree the theme, topics and posting plan in plain chat, and nothing is saved until I explicitly agree.

Answers grounded in a synced copy of Kosalo's website and help center, draft-and-approve emails, tasks kept in Notion, and a memory agent that condenses what each agent has learned, with every update posted to an audit channel.
